BOOKING POLICY

No BYO. We are a fully licensed Restaurant.

Deposit: All groups bookings with 6 or more require a $150 redeemable deposit. NON-REFUNDABLE.

Cancellations or change of date: Deposit is non refundable change of date is allowed

Dietary requirements: We are NOT halal but most of our food is gluten free and vegan options available

Booking duration: We allow 2 hour seatings unless otherwise discussed - for instance for an event or big bookings.
Please arrive on time for your reservation. A reduced menu may need to be served for late arrivals.

Event bookings and Room hiring: Contact us on info@santorinionoxford.com.au for all event bookings to discuss the menu options you require.

ALL BOOKINGS REQUIRE A REDEEMABLE DEPOSIT.

NON-REFUNDABLE. NO SHOW OR CANCELLATIONS WITHIN 24HRS WILL FORFEIT THE DEPOSIT.

IF YOU ARE BOOKING WITHIN 24 HOURS OF YOUR RESERVATION, OR HAVEN'T RECEIVED A CONFIRMATION EMAIL, PLEASE CALL THE RESTAURANT TO CONFIRM YOUR BOOKING BEFORE COMING IN.
